Lakeridge Physical EducationDon’t forget that the muscle strength and muscle endurance mastery quiz is coming up on Monday and Tuesday. Also due that day is the worksheet. Both the lecture and the worksheet can be found on this site.
The first mastery quizzes for the year are coming up at the beginning of next week (Sept 13 for A-day and Sep 14 for B-day). Please make sure that you study and that you complete the worksheet and turn it in on the day that you take the test.
